[SOLVED] Problem using nm-applet in wmii

I can't modify connection configurations, every time I click 'save', close nm-connection-editor and open it again, what I'v done is lost.
And deleting or making a connection 'available to all user' causes a 'insufficient privilege' error.
I've searched and tried all solutions from this thread (http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=94804) and this bug report ( http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/18930), but none works.

Re: [SOLVED] Problem using nm-applet in wmii

when click on 'edit' or 'save', nm-applet doesn't ask me for password, but it do have some communication with org.freedesktop.serects, here is part of the dbus-monitor results:

method call sender=:1.20 -> dest=org.freedesktop.secrets serial=7 path=/org/freedesktop/secrets; interface=org.freedesktop.Secret.Service; member=SearchItems
   array [
      dict entry(
         string "connection-uuid"
         string "d6adaf5e-963e-438b-abf4-577310f3f174"
      )
      dict entry(
         string "setting-name"
         string "802-1x"
      )
      dict entry(
         string "setting-key"
         string "nma-phase2-private-key-password"
      )
   ]
method return sender=:1.13 -> dest=:1.20 reply_serial=7
   array [
   ]
   array [

First up, if you're a tiler man, why nm-applet over rc.conf? I think there was an announcement about better roaming access with config files too.

Er, sometime I need access to wireless APs, and I'm at school, wireless condition is kind of complicated, and APs differ from place to place.
So I think it would be easier to use a network manager.
I've tried wicd, but it's not good enough
