Together with dropbox, kile stopped working yesterday.
I get this:

I googled but couldn't really find a solution. Can anyone interpret this error message and tell me what's going on?

No, but on checking I did notice something weird in my df output. Turns out there was a problem with my /var/tmp being mounted with the wrong permissions. I remounted it and all is working again! Thanks for the indirect guidance

Ah... same thing! If you can not write to a filesystem then it is full
