install xdg-user-dirs and running it is the quickest way.  It's in the repo's.

I am not sure but with Gnome you should install also xdg-user-dirs-gtk from AUR and of course you need icons theme witch supports this special icons (e.g elementary)
Config file - ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs

and run both commands xdg-user-dirs-update and xdg-user-dirs-gtk-update

Thx I did it.
How does it look like for the Menus.
Is there a chance to make a automatic menu like Fedora or Ubuntu
