Aand flash in second screen via HDMI

Hi!
I have a 32" screen attached via HDMI to my machine.
For being able to heard the sound of the movies played on it, i had to change the sound output device in VLC's and SMPlayer's options to "Alsa hw:1,3"
The thing is that any other app that plays any sound outputs it to the onboard integrated sound card.
My intention is to control a bit more when do i want to output the sound to the internal sound card or to the hdmi port.... how would you do this?

Another thing is that i am unable to play flash videos on the 32" screen (Wherever the flash thing should appear, it appears a white square instead) - while in the 1st screen (a normal VGA screen) i see them properly.....

Any suggestion would be very appreciated.
