KDE, LXDE: dialog centering [SOLVED]

Hi,

Somehow, dialogs get centered by default no longer. In KDE they get into upper left corner of the screen; in LXDE I'm getting only bottom right corner of the dialog visible, just enough to drag it out with Alt-Left big_smile . Are there settings for this?

Re: KDE, LXDE: dialog centering [SOLVED]

Just the regular user is affected. Krusader in root mode puts its dialogs where they belong, KDE or LXDE. Since user independent KDE settings are virtually nonexistent, it leaves me with Qt or QtCurve settings (or, at least, I can't think of anything else). I can't find anything interesting there, though.

Re: KDE, LXDE: dialog centering [SOLVED]

Clean, i.e. after manual cleanup of everything like *qtcurve*, QtCurve reinstall solves the problem.

UPD:

Not quite the solution, again smile . It looks like you have to use Oxygen Window Decorations. Native QtCurve decorations can cause trouble.
