Is there a question in there? Pacman thinks that your package is newer than the package in the repo...

Yes! I did not install any self-made version of "scorched3d". So the community repo was downgraded or the maintainer of "scorched3d" thinks that 43.2a-1 > 43.2-1, but "pacman" thinks the opposite. In both cases it is someone's mistake. If I understood it correctly.
