colored prompt but colors work only with ck-launch-session

Hello, I'm playing with clean Arch installation, I've set colored promt (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Color_Bash_Prompt) and it doesn't work on TTY's... but accidentally while playing with openbox I hit: ck-launch-session and prompt light up with colors i can't figure out what the hell is this consolekit (also policykit) and do I need them or they are deprecated like HAL?

Try this:

echo "source ~/.bashrc" >> ~/.bash_profile
