very annoying gnome rendering issue ( at least I think so )..[Solved]

Hey guys.
See what heppens here? Sometimes when I use menu's within gnome they won't completely disappear when closing them.
Another example, a bit more fullscreen:

The "lefttovers" ( really don't know another way to describe these ) sometimes disappear, and sometimes annoyingly stay around until I log out.
Got no warnings or errors in Xorg.log..No xorg.conf, just autodetection.

What did I do ?
Tried testing for a while as it carries some newer intel-stuff ( I do blame this on intel and/or gnome ). No change. I disabled metacity compositing, and there might be an improvement. Time will tell..still I wanna ask the Archers, if there's one that knows what's going on here....

Thanks in advance.

metacity compositing does that, you won't get the problem if you use compiz instead (and it's a lot faster)

Its a compositing bug in Xorg. It should be fixed when xorg-server 1.9.3 hits [extra] from [testing]
