Failed to install gimp-nightly because of babl-0.1.3

Hi, I am trying to install gimp-nightly

* yaourt gimp-nightly

The issue is when is trying to download babl 0.1.3

Here is freeze.....It is interesting because i was tried to download manual babl and is working... is an issue with wget?

So the problem above while hanging in "==> PASV...." the web is the problem so i download manual babl
but  it gives me an error in "make"

Can someone help me please...I have to download additional packages? already download base-devel...
