I have no sound. That's strange, but I have my microphone working and headphones not working. The controller on headphones on the maximum level.
On Debian everything is working.
What have I to do?
I had install ALSA like in this topic: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ALSA (alsa-lib, alsa-utils and alsa-oss are installed)

Are you a member of the "audio" group? Also, play a music CD or an mp3 file, open "alsamixer" and unmute channels with "m" and raise slider bars until you get sound.
Philosophy is looking for a black cat in a dark room. Metaphysics is looking for a black cat in a dark room that isn't there. Religion is looking for a black cat in a dark room that isn't there and shouting "I found it!". Science is looking for a black cat in a dark room with a flashlight.

Of course, yes. Just carefully read the post:
dmitriy@arch:~$ groups
audio users vboxusersdmitriy@arch:~$ amixer set Master 90% unmute
Simple mixer control 'Master',0
Capabilities: pvolume pvolume-joined pswitch pswitch-joined penum
Playback channels: Mono
Limits: Playback 0 - 64
Mono: Playback 58 [91%] [-6.00dB] [on]
dmitriy@arch:~$ amixer set PCM 85% unmute
Simple mixer control 'PCM',0
Capabilities: pvolume penum
Playback channels: Front Left - Front Right
Limits: Playback 0 - 255
Mono:
Front Left: Playback 217 [85%] [-7.60dB]
Front Right: Playback 217 [85%] [-7.60dB]Doesn't help.

Great Thanx! Everything is working!
In Russian Arch wiki there was note, that I have to add it only if I want to save my mixer's settings. Fuck! Strange manual=)
