Ports won't be blocked by default... Do you have a firewall running already? Are you behind a router which is doing NAT? Any error messages?

I've got a problem with applying the second command:
iptables -A INPUT -p udp --dport 4662+3 -j ACCEPT
Am I opening the right ports for my amule ?
