Is wine64 Ready?

Wine now creates 64 bit prefixes by default. Is this ready for general use? I would try both, but it takes an exorbitant amount of time to install games through Steam download. Thanks!

Wine isn't exactly 'general use' in any sense of the word. The correct answer is 'it depends'. More specifically, just use 32-bit. 64-bit on windows isn't ready just yet, except for a few flagship apps.
