For future reference, there are a number of tools that can answer that question for you. For instance, GIMP's color picker tool can grab colors from anywhere on the screen.

Btw, the Arch logo is #1793D1, not #1793D0 (check the logo at the top of the screen, or one of the official SVG logos). The GIF image above is off.
