conflicting files, cannot upgrade

Hi All,

For the last few days, I am trying to upgrade my system which throws the following error.

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
python2-cssutils: /usr/bin/csscapture exists in filesystem
python2-cssutils: /usr/bin/csscombine exists in filesystem
python2-cssutils: /usr/bin/cssparse exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

I have a lot of programs to be upgraded and the total installed size will be around 1029.58 MB. But because of just python2-cssutils-0.9.7-1-any, I cannot proceed. How can I overcome this hurdle? My system is 64 bit and using kde-meta
