So when I play Minecraft on my laptop, I notice that sometimes I can't send messages. This becomes annoying, so I went to try to fix it. I noticed when I hit enter it came up as "KP_Enter", I didn't realize what that meant so I was going to remap that to Enter. But then I realized that KP_Enter is hitting enter on the keypad. I found out this is what my laptop's keyboard apparently does:
Whenever Number lock is on, both Enter keys count as the Enter key on the keypad. When it is off however, this problem does not occur.
So, I am quite confused as how to go about fixing this. My laptop is an acer (yes, acer, my biggest regret) 6530g. Just tell me if I need to paste any more info.
Also my keyboard layout is USA International (with dead keys)
