[SOLVED] Frozen Grub

I just installed Arch 64bit on my iMac and when I get to the grub menu I can't do anything! Grub doesn't timeout, can't use my keyboard, etc. I've tried reinstalling grub from a chrooted environment but that didn't seem to help. Any suggestions?

Fixed by following https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/GRUB2 and installng Grub2
