[SOLVED]Nautilus doesn't display trash

Hi there,

Under my gnome, there is no way to display Trash in nautilus. It seems as if the system stores the trash files in ~/.local/share/Trash/files while nautilus has its own trash file directory ~/.Trash. But i don't have the latter file.

You guys know how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

Try this:

mv ~/.local/share/Trash ~/Strange_Trash && mkdir ~/.local/share/Trash && rm -fr ~/Strange_Trash && rm -fr ~/.Trash
