Problem with booting

Hi Archers,
my motherboard died, so I have bought a new one.

But there are problems now:
My Arch doesn't boot sometimes.

It stops here:

"Waiting for UDev uevents to be processed"

or here:

EXT4-fs (sda7): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. Opts: (null)

Sometimes it helps to press Enter when UDev stops.
After the 3rd or 4th try it boots 'normal'.

First I thought it's caused by AHCI, but this isn't the problem.
I also used fsck, installed initscripts again and downgraded udev,
Disabling ACPI helps but Cool'n'Quiet stopped to work with this 'workaround'.
What else can I try and which information do you need?
