Tip: Styles can be applied quickly to selected text.

Hi there,
I accidentally deleted the /var/lib/pacman/* directory. How do i recover from this now? Now pacman doesn't know about installed packages i guess. So it is asking for them again and again. Any ideas for a quick recovery...

You sound pretty screwed.

You should backup your database every day, like Apeiro suggested. I run it as a cron job.
