Hello fellow archlinux brothers. Some of the users decided to present
Archlinux at the LinuxTag expo taking place from 22-June to 25-June
[www.linuxtag.org].The Linuxtag is the largest linux conference in Europe since '96. It's a
place where users meet and present their different projects.
The motto is "Where .COM meets .ORG".At the moment we're a team of 3 people willing to present it to the
crowd. The team is in desperate need of users that want to help out.If you join the team you get to sleep for free and the possibility for
a cheap breakfast. So if you can get there and are eager to help out
you can contact us via irc #archlinux (klapmuetz, kth5 & yofuh) or via
mail at archlt@bosng.de.
Non-german speaking people are very welcome too.If you just want to visit the LT05 you are welcomed to check out our
booth. We could chitchat and talk about archlinux in general.

I would like to go, does the passage to Europe come with the breakfast?
Seriously, i think its cool to have Arch represented in the LinuxTAG, someday, i might be able to assist!
A good thing for the booth would be to give Arch CDs, or even Archies... and have a PC to show off pacman!!
Just a thought!

Nah sorry, the passage to Europe is not included in the breakfast. :-D
But handing out Archies and Arch Install CD's was what we had planned.
We wanted to show Arch on PPC too... But unfortunately we dropped that because it would be a very great impact on the cost. (I had to drive 1000 more kilometres more to pick him up.)
So now most of us go by train with a notebook. (x86)
There will be two machines to play around with for the visitors and a server...
Hello girls, I like rock climbing, mountain biking and rafting! Write me!

yeah, i would have liked to take my macs along but i don't have poer or ibooks so they're all quite big and heavy. too much to take on when going by train. so i'll only bring 2 laptops with me.
