Hi. I'm trying to make a full update but I can't. Here's how it goes:
# reflector -l 5 -r -o /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
# pacman -Syu
(...)
:: gcc-gcj: needs gcc=4.5.1
What should I do?

happens when you actually use crappy unofficial repos who don't follow our development.
pacman -R gcc-gcj && opacman -Syu
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

When I try that it ouputs this error:
:: pdftk: needs gcc-gcj>=4.5.1

Two options, wait for an update to gcc-gcj before doing -Syu or remove gcc-gcj and its dependents as wonder suggests.
Third possible option, provide an updated PKGBUILD for gcc-gcj yourself.

Thank you,
# pacman -R pdftk
# pacman -R gcc-gcj
solved it.
