Kernel26-autogroup & Toshiba Portege 7000CT PentiumII

I was wondering if the new kernel26-autogroup from the AUR would in any way help my ancient typewriter lappy?

Last night I compiled & installed the kernel26-autogroup on my Desktop PC and it works great
so, I was wondering if it would also help my lappy which is running the latest CTKArchlive build

Specs for lappy are

processor : 0

model name : Pentium II (Deschutes)

coma_bug : no
fpu : yes
fpu_exception : yes

bogomips : 534.79
clflush size : 32
power management:

The lappy has 160mb ram with 4gb hdd and runs CTKArchlive quite well, however, I was wondering if compiling and installing the autogroup kernel would help?

Also, should I compile the kernel for pentium pro (default) or pentiumII?
in the kernel you know it gives choice between pre-celeron coppermine pentium2 or reg pentium2
is mine the pre-celeron?

and what are the flags? should I be running a pae kernel or why is that there?
thanks
