Stupid ruby question - 'soap/wsdlDriver'?

New to ruby.

What package, if any, provides access to the 'soap/wsdlDriver'? Isn't it part of standard ruby?

Soap was removed from ruby 1.9.

If you're still looking for a 1.9-compatible SOAP library then I can recommend either the Savon or Handsoap gems.
