The following problem appeared with the update to 2.6.37:
I've two soundcards, an external creative USB soundcard which I use for most purpose, and the HDA intel which I need for Skype. They're operated with kernel modules, and I've got the following in /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf:
options snd-usb-audio index=0
options snd-hda-intel index=1
options snd-pcsp index=2Now there's a new problem that snd-usb-audio never loads properly at startup. I have to remove the USB cable, switch off the soundcard, replace the cable and switch the soundcard back on. Then it will work, but I'd like to not have to do that every time. Anyone has any idea what could be done here?
