Strange errors and hangup while booting

Hey folks,

I had some boot problems with Ubuntu which lead me to Arch Linux where the problems vanished all of a sudden.
Unfortunately I couldn't get any error messages from Ubuntu's boot procedure so I figured that it was an Ubuntu problem.
This was a month ago and since then I haven't had any problems with my new Arch installation. But now they seem to be back and I could take some pictures of my screen.
I hope someone can figure out what the problem might be.

Problems like this occurred with several kernels, i.e. 2.6.32, 2.62.34 - 2.6.35
