[Solved] Not clearing the screen after boot sequence

Hi!

I like to see how everything turned out during boot and all  messages from rc. The problem is that the screen is cleared before the login-prompt is shown. I cannot find anything in the rc-scripts nor in the man-page for login.conf where I can skip the clear screen.

On ny Gentoo-installation the screen is not cleared.

Any suggestions?

I checked the /etc/motd but forgot /etc/issue

Hope this does the trick - will reboot now.
