I was using VLC just fine but it was always slow for playing HD video (I could play it with Windows Media Player but not with VLC for Win). The same problem appeared with one HD ready file with Linux VLC - I know my NTB is not able to play FullHD, but HD ready was always fine under Win XP. So I tried SMPlayer instead.
The default xv output was not working at all (blue screen) so I was messing with the other ones. I ended with X11 anyway as it has best image, also it is the only ouput where I get image with VLC. The problem is from this time (after messing with SMPlayer) every video is laging when I use fullscreen (or more than aprox. 2,5x zoom). No matter which player I use, VLC or SMPlayer. Messing with outputs and player cache did not help.
I use 20" CRT display at D-Sub, the LVDS display in NTB is disabled in display settings under XFCE. Any idea what the problem is?

Wow, it's good now. It could be - I am not sure not, could try - that I've booted the original arch kernel. The "arch 26" or how it is called. It's the default, yesterday updated to newest version. Wow, it makes so huge difference whe you're using compiled kernel vs. non compiled one?? (the second one I have is zen kernel optimized for Pentium M patch which is not working ATM anyway :-D)
