Streaming my desktop to justin.tv

Anyone know what's the easiest way to do this?

I found this: http://apiwiki.justin.tv/mediawiki/inde … asting_API

which allows broadcasting through VLC, but I have no idea how to feed it with a live screen capture of my X environment.

Any help/pointers appreciated!
