kde 4.6 freezes during splash screen loading...

Hey, I've done everything I think from all the threads I've read here but no one seems to be having my issue.

I can login to KDE failsafe but not regular kde.. I get the splash screen doing it's thing but when it get to the last test where it shows the KDE logo before going to desktop, it hangs..

Ctrl+Alt+F2 or F1 gets me to a console screen, from there sudo kdm will not launch, but gdm will... At that point, I could only log into Gnome where as I can't log into Fluxbox, Openbox, Awesome, etc...
All that was fine before KDE 4.6....
I'm on a 64bit Sony Vaio.

I don't see plasmoid in there...
After rebooting, I can log into any WM with KDM except KDE......
