Install flash player in chromium(SOLVED)

Im not sure how to install flashplayer in chromium.i tried copying libflashplayer.so into /usr/lib/chromium/plugins , /usr/lib32/chromium/plugins and /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins.I typed about:plugins in the address bar and still nothing

1) Install 32-bit flashplugin from multilib repo, or
2) Install native 64-bit flashplugin-prerelease from AUR.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction,The 64bit p2 version didn't work i had to download the p3

Surprising that the AUR package didn't work for you since the PKGBUILD contains this

[ "${CARCH}" = "x86_64" ] && source[0]="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/flashplayer10/flashplayer10_2_p3_64bit_linux_111710.tar.gz"

which is exactly the same link you posted

I have installed the flashplugin package from multilib and chromium still does not seem to have flash. Is there another step?
