Problems with Firefox = Can't do Open or Open Containing Folder

If I download something in Firefox and then right click on that downloaded file from Downloads window.. The Open and Open Containing Folder does not work.
What can I do to fix it?

What happens when you click them? Any dialog boxes?

Also what DE or window manager do you use?

You may need to set a filebrowser:

For what its worth, I'm using Nautilus and I never had to mess with anything under the hood.

you should reinstall libgnome, libgnome-data, gnome-vfs. firefox is using gnome-open

our maybe you guys compiled xulrunner or thunderbird without gnomevfs support

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
