Hi all - I'm using KDE4 with a dual monitor configuration. Xinerama is turned on. Video card is an ATI Radeon HD 4250. Arch Linux 64-bit.
I'm using the Catalyst version 10.12 driver.
Most windows works well - but on occasion the pointer corrupts and changes to a box of dashes - obviously corrupted. When I move my cursor to the other desktop and back it tends to clear it up. However, I use Remmina to rdesktop into a Windows box and it corrupts the cursor always and only when on desktop 1 (connected via DVI) and never on desktop 2 (connected via vga). When I say corrupts I mean in the Remmina window only -- it changes to a proper looking pointer as soon as I move out of that window.
Very odd indeed and I've tried to google pointer corruption with ATI with limited success. Has anyone else seen this and know how to resolve?
