Nvidia, choppy 2D

Hello,

I noticed that about month ago my 2D desktop experience became choppy. Simple stuff like resizing gedit window feels like looking at an 1fps animation. Xorg seems to jump close to 100% or so, this also happens when I scroll in kernel's menuconfig terminal while tweaking settings. 3D seems to be fine. I'm using testing repo and have GeForce GTX 260. I tried 270.18 but I have same issue. Any ideas?

It was xfwm4 wm, seems like there's regression since 4.8.0.
