[SOLVED] Skype Voicemail Doesn't Kick In

I don't know if this is the right forum to be posting this question in or the Skype forum.  The issue was not present in Ubuntu so I'm assuming it is my Arch configuration rather than the software itself.  Anyhow, Skype voicemail does not kick in if I miss a call while Skype is running.  If I ignore the call the voicemail answers, and if the program is not running the voicemail works fine as well.  It's just the timed answer that is not working.  Can anyone offer any advice on a configuration file that might be checked?

Nevermind, it's an issue with Skype and they're "working on it".
