[SOLVED] GTK Applications Using Oxygen Inside a Tiling WM

Hello!

I'm making the switch to a tiling window manager (subtle) from KDE. However, all of the GTK applications use KDE's Oxygen style, despite "Clearlooks" is selected in GTK Style in KDE's System Settings. Inside KDE they look styled fine, but when started outside the DE they get the default Oxygen style look. Subtle is started individually.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Do you have a file in your home directory called .gtkrc-2.0 ? Gtk apps will be looking for this not whatever kde uses to set the theme. You can use a gtk theme chooser as well to set the theme.

You're just jealous because the voices only talk to me.
