Wine won't let me select OSS driver?

Well, today I decided to install OSS4 as I've heard its better quality than ALSA, I love how it works better with my music, etc, but the only problem is that I can't select the OSS driver option in winecfg, is there any way I can fix this?

Everything is up to date and other than this, seems to be functioning fine.
Sound card is the integrated sound card on this board. (I think it's integrated into the SB850 southbridge)

Re: Wine won't let me select OSS driver?

There might be something wrong with your wineprefix.
Trying backing it up  (mv ~/.wine ~/.wine_bcc)
and then create a new one by using winecfg.
See if you can select oss then?

Yeah, I can, thanks, Now I've just got to reinstall all my games.

Edit: I just realized, I can set the sound config fine in winetricks...Worked perfectly and now I have sound with OSS4 on my old ~/.wine without having to reinstall a bunch of applications.
