Loop AUX input to USB headphones

Hi, I've got an xbox 360 hooked up to my computer monitor DVI (HDMI adapter) and I've got the sound coming out through analogue RCA, which I've adapter to a 3.5mm mini plug and plugged into the line in on my sound card in the computer. Can I make the sound come out through my USB headset? Clearly I'd need no noticeable delay in sound for games.
