Arch i586 on a Toshiba Tecra 550 CDT (Mobile P. MMX, 266MHz)

Yes. It works perfectly

I'm using Firefox in Blackbox to write this. The speed is not overwhelming. Dillo is fast enough.
Contrary to most information I found on the net, the PCMCIA slots
work without problems. Both cardbus and 16 bit cards.
Abiword is slow, but usable.

I miss Fluxbox though. Currently, I can't find a desktop pager that works with Blackbox.
I have tried to compile Fluxbox, but find it very hard. Fluxbox-devel works, though.

I have also made a pcmcia-cs package.

Thanks a lot to Disk-Devil and all the others who made the i586 port.
If you would like some help, just tell me. I'm not very experienced with
making packages, but I have managed to make some quite difficult ones
before

Yes, I have popped in there a few times, my freenode nick is filoktetes. I'm sorry about using different names, but it seems difficult to change this one...
