What first?

Hallo!

In my school we have an extra Windows 7 (with software etc.). I want to ask what is better. First Windows (with Networkboot) or Arch. Or can i get the image of it (the windows) somehow to install it in a virtualbox

If you want to dual-boot, I would install Windows first.

I agree. If you install Windows second, then it will wipe your GRUB (or LILO) bootloader installed by Arch and you will be left with no option to boot Arch and you will have to install GRUB by a live CD or EasyBCD in Windows. It is much easier to install Arch second because GRUB plays nicely with Windows.
