Weird X issues, mouse not working, applications not responding etc

I just updated bash and gtkhtml, and now (I am not sure if there is any relation) my X has become unusable. My mouse doesn't click most of the times, I cannot  focus certain applications and other strange things. The only logs I could find were in my xsession-errors:

Does anyone have any idea what is happening here? The GLib errors occur for firefox too
