Hello,
i have one problem, since 2 days, just after an upgrade with xorg 1.8 and the new kernel 2.6.34-2 on 64 bits.
My SD card reader is not recognize, and i have a "failure" at the starting of udev :
/etc/rc.d/functions on line 192 doesn't match the /etc/rc.d/udev files. And the last one doesn't exist !
How can i resolve this ?
Thank you

Hey there, I would recommend opening a bug report. This would be a nice oportunity to get rid of the code repetition in all init files since udev logic has obviously been copy pasted between several of them.

its not a big bug, you must avoid to insert in the rc.conf, the deamons udev.
For the SD Card reader, the problem is still here.

I also have the same issue, and also THERE IS NO WAY TO GET THE BOOT LOG except with photographic memory (Ctrl+S) during boot.
