Shutter stoped working
I'm not sure since when. Probably since my recent huge update. Now when I select area to shoot and hit "Enter", nothing happens (it should take a screenshot after pressing "Enter"). And I can't exit sutter any way but "killall shutter" (several times) in VC. Has the shooting method been changed? Or the problem is in perl-related package?

What's stopping you from editing the PKGBUILD and building it yourself? Eventually, you'll have to do the latter... Might as well learn something in the process.
And people are not supposed to upload something to AUR just because it's newer than an existing version. The package's been flagged out of date, either be patient, or 'fix' it yourself for the time being.
Arch is about initiative people, not about sitting in your lazy chair and waiting till someone else does the job for you.
