rc.sysinit and rc.multi segfault don't let me boot after last update

Hello,

After my last update, which seemed not to work properly, I am not able to start my system.

The last four lines via dmesg:

EXT3-fs (sda3): recovery complete
EXT3-fs (sda3): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode
rc.sysinit[628]: segfault at 14 ip 080760a5 sp bfe7ace0 error 4 in bash[8048000+97000]
rc.multi[634]: segfault at 14 ip 080760a5 sp bfe7ace0 error 4 in bash[8048000+97000]

After I read an other post, I tried to install initscripts via chroot but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers, Maxie

bash-4.2.004-1 fixes this.

maxie - if you're using testing, you are expected to know what you're doing. Specifically, you should be reading the arch-dev-public mailing list, and reading/using the Testing forum here.
