alsa can't see external usb sound card

i used one external sound card, and all was right. i bought new one, and alsa can't see it.

with old card

cat /proc/asound/modules
0 snd_usb_audio
1 snd_hda_intel

new

cat /proc/asound/modules
1 snd_hda_intel

Is snd_usb_audio loaded? If not, load it and see if alsa finds the card then.

if i plug old card - is determined

this f*****g converter from musicland don't support linux at all, only windows
