I tried to build it but I could not do it.

Both packages are built similarly in regard to their dependencies and enabled features. It also appears that neither supports fribidi, since it's not listed as a dependency. However, if you'd like to change this, please file a feature request on http://bugs.archlinux.org/ against mplayer; if it's implemented there, I'll add it to mplayer-vaapi as well.
I'm not sure what you mean by not being able to build mplayer-vaapi. If you can elaborate on the problem, I'll try to help.

I have tried to build a package like this one "mplayer-fribidi 32492-1 in AUR" with vaapi and fribidi support with the latest version of MPlayer, but I could not.

Grab mplayer-vaapi from ABS, add 'fribidi' to its dependencies, and proceed to compile it with makepkg. I haven't tested it, but you shouldn't come across any issues.

mplayer never had fribidi support
