Hello,
I just reinstalled arch on my notbook(amilo l7320gw). I had it running there about one year ago without any bigger problems. But after reinstalling i ran into massive trouble: when starting X the whole system freezes until i press a key or move the mouse. when i open a terminal window and enter an "a" for example, it wont appear until i press another key. when i press return, the command wont get executed until I press an other key or move the mouse. When I exit X the problem continues. Even if I halt the system, I need to constantly press keys to keep the halt process going on(e.g. it says "Power down" but it wont power down until I press a key). Its quite strange. This doesnt happen until I start X.
I reinstalled the whole xorg packet and deletet all config files - no change. Changed my graphics driver to vesa - no change. Dropped lxde and used this thing that comes with X.. no change again. I don't know what to do. Hope someone can help me or I have to say goodbye to arch
Don't know if this posts belongs to the notebook sektion
EDIT:
Dont want to spam, so here are the logs:
Xorg: http://pastebin.com/UM6aY3cu
kernel: http://pastebin.com/vaVR58XW
dmesg: http://pastebin.com/XMjSqSbc
conf:
xorg.conf i created with X -configure: http://pastebin.com/dpMmPDGA
oh and the problem also continues for example while executing dhcpcd or whatever.. always to have pressing a key around hundred times...
firefox runs fine without causing any trouble. so does leafpad. but beep for example beeps forever...

Well, I google your problem and found this similar case:

According to this thread booting with "pci=nommconf idle=poll" solved the problem.
See if this work for you.
