can't save a file in scribes

Hello,

I installed scribes. I can open it and edit a text file. But after a few seconds, I lost the red spot (in the right corner) and it will not automatically save any more, so I lose all my work. Is this is a know issue? I can't find anything on this forum about it.

I installed the AUR version, and everything works fine!

I have a new problem. Somethimes I can't save anymore. I understand that this happends, because I have python 3 installed. Is there a way to force scribes for using python 2?
