All of the sudden when I open Dolphin it looks like this

I have not done any changes other than the updates we got for KDE a few days ago.
Any ideas?

There was a similar issue posted here, and there's a link to a solution (seems kinda like a dirty hack, so I wasn't sure if I should just recommend the solution straight away). A few people have reported not having Oxygen in their QtConfig options after upgrade; not sure why that would be...

Try changing to the appropriate style with qtconfig.

@petelewis,
Thanks for the help.
I, however, have a feeling that there is some more to the story than meets the eye.
I have 3 systems set up exactly the same way: they all start KDE from /etc/rc.conf by triggering "kdm".
However, only one of them has been affected by the bug; which suggests that some very specific conditions must be a play here.
Once again. Thanks for your assistance.

@ralvez, well you could see what QT_PLUGINS_DIR is on each of the systems. If it's set to point to the KDE themes, then they should be found.
