Linux Compatible Wireless Adapters Capable of Entering Rfmon

So as of lately I've been getting more and more interested in playing around with wireless technology. One particular subject in this field that interests me is cracking WEP and WPA encryption on wireless networks. Now unfortunately as it is my chipset isn't capable of entering raw moniter mode. Can anyone think of a good adapter they would recommend? I've read good things about the Alfa AWUS036H, but I thought I'd throw this up on this forum and see what you guys thought.

That is the wireless adapter I use for both my Yagi and Omni 12-20dBi antennas.  Works like a charm!

I use one of these, it is the same chipset as the Alfa, but cheaper:

Cheaper, and it has an awesome BackTrack dragon on it. Hak5's pineapple is pretty sick too.
