Power off during system upgrade. Now it's broken

I was just fully upgrading my system and when I was INSTALLING the packages (200/220 as I recall) the power went off. Now I can't acces the system. The next is all I can see now, in normal and fallback mode:

Bailing out, you are on your own. Good luck.

Is there something I can do without the need of re-install? Thank you beforehand.

Re: Power off during system upgrade. Now it's broken

You can check the wiki for chroot.

I can't tell for sure, but it's quite likely solvable when you re-run mkinitcpio from chroot (after previously attempting to complete the upgrade, if you already have all the packages in your cache), or reinstall the kernel (if for some reason it didn't install correctly).
